‘Aha’ Tai Chi

One of the things I most enjoy about teaching Tai Chi is when a student has an ‘aha’ experience.

It happened the other day during a private Tai Chi lesson. My student told me he was experiencing pain in the neck area caused by a medical condition. I asked him to try a Chi Kung breathing technique to dissolve the pain. He did and within 7 seconds the pain was gone.

Tai Chi Private Lessons

One of the things I enjoy about teaching Tai Chi private lessons is the opportunity to create a specific program for a client.

There’s no point in running a standard Tai Chi lesson for a private client; they can get that at any Tai Chi class which is much cheaper than the professional fee I charge.

Tai Chi: Better Late Than Never

Just back from a four day holiday and it felt great to have time away from running workshops.
