Sink the Shoulders – Imagine your shoulders sinking & dissolving into your body – eases tension.
Keep your chin slightly in – straightens your neck.
Yi leads the chi – i.e. mind leads the energy/movement.
Postural Alignment – Imagine a string attached to your head gently pulling you up to the sky – keep knees slightly bent.
When you practice your Tai Chi form imagine you are under water – feel the slight resistence of the water in every movement.
