Chair Chi: 7 Workshops in 4 Days

It’s been a very busy week running 7 chair chi sessions in 4 days for various aged care centres here in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

It can be tiring running around to different locations and putting the energy into delivering workshops plus the other work I do with Sue James in our shared business BJ Seminars International but every time I finish a session I feel uplifted and most of the tiredness vanishes.
