Sunday Push Hands

Another enjoyable Push Hands in the park session yesterday. I left home at 9.00am and drove down the Hill and managed to ‘brush knee twist step’ my way around the cyclists who flood the area every Sunday morning. I arrived at Fawkner Park in town, where we meet, at about 9.55am for our 10.00am start.

Good Chair Chi Feedback

Well that was a lovely session of Chair Chi at one of my regular aged care centres today. Not only was the session great fun but on the way out the Diversional Therapist called me over and wanted to tell me something.
