    My teacher is always telling me that :). May I add that it works both ways. Students shouldn’t waste time comparing themselves with one another, and teachers shouldn’t compare the progress of one student to that of a classmate.

    Yes, I used to compare myself with other students in my earlier days of Tai Chi but since then I’ve learnt comparisons are irrelevant.
