One of the things I enjoy about teaching Tai Chi private lessons is the opportunity to create a specific program for a client.
There’s no point in running a standard Tai Chi lesson for a private client; they can get that at any Tai Chi class which is much cheaper than the professional fee I charge.
The first thing I do when talking to a prospective client is to find out why they are interested in private lessons. Usually the answer is for a specific health issue they are dealing with.
If I agree to take on a client I then design a program that includes Tai Chi basic skills and specific skills that is suitable for their needs. This requires a lot of thought as each client is different.
I also empahsise before the first lesson that what I offer is not a ‘miracle cure’ but something that may help improve their health. It’s what I call a common sense approach which is sometimes not all that common these days.
Oh, if they do want a ‘quick cure’ then I suggest they try the ‘magic secret formula’ of PPP.
And what is PPP?
Practice, Practice, Practice.

I am interested in learning a form that from memory has this move called draw or drawing the bow?

Regarding your question, if you google Tai Chi and Qigong and type in Draw the Bow and Draw the Bow to shoot the tiger, you will find many references to this posture.
