Push Hands in the Park
There’s nothing like a two hour Tai Chi Push Hands session to get the Chi flowing on a Sunday morning.
I caught up with the Push Hands group yesterday after missing the last two sessions. There were seven of us there including a first timer.
I enjoy these sessions as it gives me a chance to test my skills against various experienced Tai Chi players including newcomers. We practiced free style Push Hands, both fixed feet and moving, and it gave me a gentle cardiovascular workout.
Push Hands Training
Coming up this Sunday is the third free Push Hands session organised by Phil, from Changeskill Tai Chi. I missed last month’s session but hope to be there this Sunday.
