Tai Chi Smorgasbord

By Chris Leave a Comment

Tai Chi certainly has a a smorgasbord of meditative and active movements.

After 25 years of learning, practicing and teaching Tai Chi I still find it intriguing and fun. The variety of dishes Tai Chi serves up includes;

  • The Tai Chi form
  • Standing postures
  • Breathing techniques
  • Weapons – sabre, sword, spear, staff
  • Chi Development
  • Internal strength
  • Yin Yang philosophy
  • wellbeing
  • calm mind
  • energised body
  • self defence

How could one ever get bored practicing the short list above?

Oh, excuse me. I feel a bit peckish, I need to go and practice my second of three sessions for the day.
