Dog’s Breakfast Tai Chi

By Chris Leave a Comment

Hmm, I’ve just finished practicing my third Tai Chi session today: hands form and it was like a dog’s breakfast – scattered.

I felt calm before I started but for the some reason my Chi was scattered. I forgot bits of the form which I have practiced hundreds of times over the years.

It happens once in a while and all I can do is just complete the form rather than stress out about it. I suppose perfect practice every time is not realistic as that would be an extreme Yang attitude.

Then again it may just have been a ‘senior moment’  🙂
