Tai Chi: How to Protect Your Knees

By Chris Leave a Comment

In this short clip Bruce Frantzis talks about how to protect your knees in Tai Chi.

His tips cover:

  • Height of stance
  • Pelvis
  • Perinium
  • Chi
  • Weight
  • Width of stance
  • Push hands

I’d add two more tips that are just as important:

  • Make sure your knee faces the toes
  • Make sure the knee does not go past the toes

I hope these tips are helpful, let me know what you think.
