It’s been a very busy week running 7 chair chi sessions in 4 days for various aged care centres here in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
It can be tiring running around to different locations and putting the energy into delivering workshops plus the other work I do with Sue James in our shared business BJ Seminars International but every time I finish a session I feel uplifted and most of the tiredness vanishes.
During each sesssion there’s always a shared experience with the group or an individual that makes it worthwhile. Whether we share a good laugh (and we always do) or someone has told me in confidence how he or she has benefited from the sessions I always look forward to the next session, the next smile, the next story.
When you spread good Chi around you usually get good Chi back.
Not a bad way of earning a living 🙂
