I had a very enjoyable time last week running various Chair Chi sessions.
I did my usual aged care sessions for low care and high care residents and I also ran four sessions for a business organisation; participants included management, office staff and warehouse employees.
The locations were varied; four sessions in aged care centres, three sessions in an office training room and one session in a warehouse. And the overall ages ranged from about 20 years-old to 101 years-old.
It certainly keeps me on my toes (well, on my chair) as I adjust each session according to the capabilities of the group and the environment. The warehouse environment was interesting; huge amount of open space and outside noise caused by rain and high winds – I couldn’t hear myself talk, so I had to wait until the noise died down.
I’ve got plenty more of Chair Chi sessions booked and my next effort is to launch my new Chair Chi Training Program ; if you’re interested the details are on a post from my other business site, BJ Seminars International,
