Workplace Tai Chi

If your organisation or business is located in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and you want your staff and management team to:

Lessons include:

  • Traditional Tai Chi form
  • Chi Kung – energy work
  • Correct breathing
  • Balance
  • Correct alignment of the body
  • Tai Chi warm up

Sessions Available:

  • before and after work (not during lunch time)

Requirements:

  • Open space (outdoor option if weather is fine, otherwise indoors)
