A new way to help students become more resilient, emotionally balanced, and maintain a sense of connectedness.

Activity-based programme that incorporates the Yin Yang philosophy (focus on balance – non religious), humour and specific Tai Chi exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.

These skills are easy to learn and do and have practical application in the classroom. They help students to direct their energy in positive and constructive ways, and will assist teachers to be more effective in managing classroom behaviour. About Tai Chi
