Just Push Hands is a gentle aerobic workout that is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. It’s a fun, co-operative and challenging two person exercise system that will show you how to;

It’s also great for calming your mind under pressure and energising your body. Push Hands is a key component of Tai Chi and in this class we will focus on the health aspects only and not the self defence components.
