1:1 Lessons

Private lessons with an emphasis on health and wellbeing only, designed to meet your individual needs.

Chair Chi

Ideal for those who are less physically capable of practicing standing or moving exercises, who are in wheel chairs, or whose work involves sitting for long periods at a desk.

Just Push Hands

A gentle aerobic workout that is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. A health focus not a self defence focus.
