Zorba The Greek & Tai Chi

By Chris Leave a Comment

What does Zorba the Greek and a dedicated Tai Chi practitioner have in common?
Passion.
And that’s what will sustain you through your Tai Chi journey.
You need to do a Zorba and put a lot of ‘Oopa’ in your Tai Chi training.
Otherwise you will become a technician without heart.
So enjoy this clip, my favourite scene from ‘Zorba […]

Chen Zhonghua – Fajin

By Chris 2 Comments

Discovered this clip from Jordan Keats who is doing a good job of promoting Chen style Tai Chi.
Although I do Wu Style Tai Chi I can appreciate the talent and skill of Master Chen Zhonghua’s demonstration of fajin.
Whenever I see masters such as Chen Zhonghua demonstating aspects of Tai Chi, it  inspires me to continue […]

Chair Chi

Thank you for your (Chair Chi) session with us. Very positive comments from all the staff. It was very relaxing. Great to do something different for health and stress release. It was terrific and so many staff members said how they slept soundly that night.

Sports Chi

I can highly recommend Chris as a presenter to this age group, he was fantastic by way of enthralling around 26 footballers aged between 15 and 19 for 90 minutes at Glen Waverley Hawks. Most impressive!

Peter Nash – Coach

Pozitive Kidz are Happy Kidz

He (Chris) was awesome! – Some of the kids were still referring back to his ‘monkey brain’ exercises in the following days. The whole session was relaxing. Chris made excellent links between the three main feelings and then gave actions and movement to deal with those feelings – The children really enjoyed the experience.

Conference Energizers

Thanks for your dynamic and entertaining Tai Chi energizer presentation you delivered at our recent international conference. We were also impressed with your efforts in welcoming our European and Asian guests in their own languages.
